    Be cautious if thinking about living here, the location is great and apartments are nice however they are overpriced compared to similar complexes and security and safety is not great. I have lived here for two years and since then, I have noticed multiple homeless people enter the building with no issue because many of the doors are broken. There have been car jackings and multiple car break-ins. My car window was smashed in on Christmas Day and there has been a lack of communication with the ...

    "Gallery at Turtle Creek" is the worst-maintained apartment complex I've ever lived in. The staff is openly hostile when asked about the progress of necessary repairs, and takes months to do simple things. Here are a few examples: The trash chute on the north side of building 1 has been broken for 3 months, and shows no sign of being fixed. "Cynthia" seems angry and annoyed when asked about it, and the manager "Shay" seems quite pleased when she says that she has not scheduled a repair and ...
    has no plans to. The security gate to the building 1 parking garage was recently fixed, but had been broken for 2 months. During that time residents suffered at least 3 car break-ins, and the garage was always full of non-residents, resulting in a dramatic shortage of spaces. Until a few days ago (when it was finally fixed), no staff members could give any estimate of a completion date. The order on Dec 26 was to update key fobs, and remove an expiration date that had been erroneously placed on them. The staff seemed fully aware that many fobs had been incorrectly assigned expiration dates, but had made no effort to contact residents. This could easily have resulted in complete lockouts from the building. Stairwell doors are frequently broken, often resulting in denial of access to certain floors via stairwells. These often take weeks to be fixed after reporting, and represent flagrant fire hazards during that time. Repairmen have left sharp nails on stairs after completing repairs.
