Fue la peor experiencia vivir en estos apartamentos, el techo del baño se nos cayo y estuvimos asi por 2 meses, hasta que un nuevo hombre de mantenimiento vino arreglar otra cosa y se dio cuenta que no teníamos techo y el tuvo compasión y lo arreglo, y también cada vez que llovía todas las aguas negras del drenaje subian a nuestros toilets y bañeras, no podías usar el baño por un día o más porque toda la suciedad salia por donde quiera, hay millones de cucarachas en la cocina, y por mas veneno ...
que compre nunca se acabaron, el piso de madera estaba levantado por todos lados y nunca lo arreglaron, renové por 3 años y nunca lavaron la carpeta, simplemente fue una pesadilla vivir ahi.

for 2 months now there has been new management and is the worst I've ever dealt with the office is now so dirty and it is an office not a daycare center! the office never answers the phone if you have an issue you are better off fixing your self because they never show up it is been 2 months and they have not fix a single thing i asked them to. i do miss the old management the guy that was there was always listening to tenants complaints/suggestions and the old maintenance always showed up if ...
not the same day the day after i hate this new management and i hope they get removed as soon as possible they are just making this place look horrible there is garbage on the grass areas now and the garbage zone looks just awful.

I have been living here for more than 5 years and it hasn't been very good. Whenever I have a problem and tell the manager, they never come and check out the problem! THE POOL HAS NEVER BEEN OPENED SINCE 2009! There are so many cockroaches! In the apts there is moe on the ceiling. The carpet hasn't been washed and the porch has cracks on its floor. When you turn on the air conditioning it take over an hour for the apt to get to the right temperature. ALTHOUGH the price is very good, there is very ...

The Gardens at Briarwood is a great place to live in. The residents here are so welcoming. There are some renovations that are needed though. For instance, the pool here has not been opened for 2 years. Many of the residents are trying to persuade the manager to clean and open it. But overall, it is a good place to live in.
