Ive lived here for a month, and I love the interior of the apartment, the kind staffs, and the neighborhood.
Its not very far from the metro, groceries, yet it is somehow very quiet and relaxing. Youll know once you visit this neighborhood.
There is a gym inside which is not big but neat and clean. I would recommend living in this apartment.

I really love living at Garfield Park - I think the facility is overall very nice and the maintenance staff is incredible, they are always very friendly and they even remembered my dog's name, you don't get that level of service at most buildings. However, my only complaint would be the value of the building, there are other buildings in the area with better amenities for a lower cost.

I lived here for 3 years and honestly, I loved it!!!! The management office staff are very responsive, friendly, and always eager to assist. Also, I want to mention the amazing maintenance staff, always friendly, and would go extra miles to help and explain the problem. When I first moved in the apt. it was clean and ready for me. The layout was perfect for me with tons of storage in this particular floor plan. I would recommend Garfield Park community to anyone!

I am a very happy Garfield Park resident. The office staff and management are super nice and helpful, as is the maintenance personnel. Service requests are met very promptly. I also enjoy the location in lively Clarendon, with walking access to practically everything. The layout of the building and the floor plans are very attractive and well maintained. I have no plans of moving out any time soon!
