August 10, 2020A good deal for a 2-Bedroom apartment. The floorplan is nice, includes a cozy kitchen, a decent living room, and the bathroom is fair/average. One of the bedrooms is pretty small, but it was perfect because my fiance and I were planning on using it as a study room. One main reason we picked Gateway was due to the location, so we were able to overlook some of the under-par things like the apartmant faintly smelling like smoke, and some of the inconsistencies with the management. June 25, 2020Gateway is a very good option for students trying to live for cheap near campus. The apartments are smaller, but they are very nice and fairly priced. The location is great and there is off road parking as well. If size isn't a huge priority these apartments are a fantastic option.Review from Apartments.com
