Slow on repairs, lacking communication

I've been here for nearly six years and they have gone through multiple management changes. Their communication with the residents on these issues is nonexistent; they only tend to contact when your lease is about to end or if they are scheduling a pest spray.
If you have a maintenance issue, don't expect service within the week unless you call on a daily basis. My air conditioner was out from the beginning of June until the middle of July and I sent four maintenance requests (two of which were ...
marked "resolved" even though no one came out) and called just as many times before someone finally fixed it. They don't leave notes on when they come in for maintenance either. Lastly, my shower broke and their suggestion was, after installing a new faucet, to hold the faucet firmly when turning on the shower because there was a possibility I could snap the water line. That's not helpful and I haven't used that shower since.
It's also taken them nearly two months to fix a major sinkhole issue on a main stretch of road that is the only way in and out for residents in the back section of the complex.
On the plus side, they recently added in online services (rent pay, maintenance requests) and added in package delivery boxes near the community mail stations.
