Affordable, friendly management and neighbors

I've been here for a couple months almost and it's been a blast. The place is clean and spacious for one person. I have everything: my own bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchen all for $425. Unfortunately it's all electric, so you're going to have to cover for yourself for heating water and cooking, but I'm pretty good at maintaining my energy use, so this summer's bill have been around $30. The people on my floor are nice and some people that I've met are nice too. They usually have a mini ...
gathering in the lot to maybe celebrate events like birthdays and major holidays. They do have someone come in once a month to keep the roaches in check, but I've rarely had any problems with roaches. The property managers are very nice. You need to book an appointment with them sometimes if anything comes up, but they're good at visiting the property. This apartment is located close by Kansas City Museum and Cliff Drive, which are great places to go, which is less than 1/2 mile away. I think being here is such a blessing.
