The Glens on Battery
August 13, 2015They aren't fancy, but they're well kept and maintenance is responsive when an issue arises. Can't beat the location- you can walk to everything. Restaurants, shopping, Metro; DC is at your doorstep. For this location you also can't beat the price. It quite literally doesn't get any cheaper in this highly desirable area in downtown Bethesda. Kitchens are tiny and lack modern amenities, but the appliances are updated. Gas stoves will make cooks happy. My bathroom is a lovely pink tile ...motif, very 60's. 1 parking space is included with the rent, and there's a parking garage very close to accommodate any guests. The outside is quite lovely with mature trees and landscaping and a couple of dog walking areas. It's a nice mix of families, young professionals, retirees and military, and a fairly social place to live.
