I love it here!
September 25, 2024I moved in May 1,2024 and I absolutely love my apartment. It is the perfect apartment for one person. The room is spacious, the open layout is perfect. The laundry room in the apartment is great size. By me being disabled it’s the perfect amount of space and the property manager is a sweetheart. Maintenance is prompt when I need something fix I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home.Review from Apartments.com

June 8, 2023I am extremely happy with the property. No complaints. Every place has there “small issues”, but all and all it’s quiet and peaceful. August 17, 2016The staff is very difficult to deal with. There is no rental office here. There is one in Annapolis, but when you sign your lease they have you meet with them at an office for quarterfield apts. I don't think that's normal. Also they never inspect your place so privacy is good, however don't expect to get anything fixed. They don't replace the carpet before you move in, however they will keep your security deposit when you leave for that very reason. at best, they steam clean it but its still not ...perfect. the fence is broken down in many spots. there are trees and branches everywhere. mold in the apts. its disgusting. they never mow the lawn. I don't think its even possible with how many branches and leaves there are on the ground . they raise the price of rent every few months but don't make any changes. they are rude and when you call rita she yells at you when you did nothing wrong. don't even think about complaining about something that's out of your control because youll get yelled at.
