1 star is generous. Both pools are not working. There is no gyms in the buildings and they are too cheap to put in commercial equipment so people wont steal the weights when they did have one. Dog park us a joke. Its a pile of rubble that that is very dangerous for anyone. So called walking/riding paths again not maintained. The laundry rooms are disgusting because of the untainted trash shoot. I cant even tolerate the smell to use the trash shoot much less do laundry. Yes I take my ...
trash to the basement. The basement/parking garage smells, leaking pipes, and busted concrete. You have to be on a bi-weekly pest control or you have roaches. Office personal will out right lie to your face. Do not believe what you see in the photos of the units. Most have not been fully remodeled. Some have carpet, some don't. Some have updated kitchens and bathrooms, some don't. Do not have any packages sent to you. People will steal in a heart beat.

The amenities are basically non-existent. Lots of people around the building vandalizing basic things like building door handles. And not getting repaired for weeks. Laundry machines out of order for ages because the property wonprovide the parts for the csc laundry company. Not enough areas around Building D to dispose of dog waste leading to many people not picking up after their dogs. Rent is cheao, but for good reason.

Mice in the walls & between floors. Cockroach issues regularly. High number of unsupervised kids wreaking havoc and damaging property. Wall a/c in most apartments. I've been waiting for my heat thermostat to be replaced since I moved in (2024) - "the part is backordered". However, units retain heat pretty decently (depending on wind direction). Thank god I have space heaters though. The whole complex is FILTHY, this very much includes the laundry machines. People leave their garbage wherever ...
they want as opposed to walking it down to the overflow dumpsters in the garage. Dog pee on the tiled floor (the entry) almost daily. The laundry machines are A:very small, B: 2.50 to wash 2.50 to dry, C: often non-functional, D: have cockroaches or sharp/sticky items in the tub. Cops here frequently. Zero sound proofing. Water leaks all the time (garage most frequently). Pros: Vincent is lovely! Floor plans are spacious. Screened in porch/deck. Rent is average. Very easy I35 access.

Trash, trash, and more trash. Hire someone for each building to keep it clean constantly. Get a bigger trash can in the lobby of building a. Put up signs saying a lot of people live here so keep it clean. ALSO, recently I haven’t been getting parking outside of building A without going to the bottom lot. A lot of the cars don’t have stickers on them for parking.

Can't complain too much. My biggest gripe is how slow maintenance is. It's been over a year since I put in a work order for my broken kitchen drawers and peephole. Otherwise, staff is friendly and willing to work with you on getting the right apartment. I'd rate 3.5 stars if I could, but I don't think they deserve a 3, so I rounded up to a 4. Could use some improvement, but otherwise I'm not unhappy with my living space here. Just hoping I can transfer to a 2 bedroom soon :)

It's okay. The first 3 months I lived here, I had cockroaches, the fire alarm go off almost every other day in the middle of the night. Sketchy things happening but at least it's a roof over my head. And there's a lot of mold in the garage I'm noticing.

Terrible move in experience! Been here a month and still are missing things promised to us! Appliances didn’t work when we moved in! The office is useless and you can never get into contact with someone above them! There are roaches and bedbugs too!
