July 31, 2025At first I wasn’t sure if I would like the building, the apartment, the community. However, my first couple weeks here have been pretty good. Some of the downsides are the common areas like the elevator and hallway floors need a good cleaning. Both swimming pools are not in working order, but I understand they are being fixed. Now the positive things.. Vincent in the office is great! I love how they utilize a package room so I don’t have to worry about my packages being stolen. I love the ...underground parking. I’ve called for maintenance and they have come in a decent timeframe. And maintenance around the community is fantastic! Everywhere I look, they are working on something. When lighting hit a tree the other night, they had it cleared from the road quickly. My apartment is just beautiful. I don’t feel it was cleaned as good as it could be upon move in, but Vincent did offer the cleaning crew to come back out, which was nice! Overall, A good pick!Property Manager Responded
