May 11, 2026I’m neutral at this point on the community but I am disappointed in repair services and groundskeeping. There have been multiple request for repairs to take place in my new apartment and they have not occurred for over a month. The repair man has come and given it a look, but never returned to complete the work. The apartment grounds are dirty and un kept. I would love to enjoy walking around, but with so much trash in the neighborhood, it’s not enjoyable. The gate to the dog park does not lock ...and other residents do not clean up after their animals. It’s not enjoyable to go in there because I can’t even allow my dog to be off leash. Being here less than a month and not even fully unpacked. I’m wishing I would’ve chosen a different community. I’m hopeful that this will improve as the weather gets nicer but being smart and doing my research on different locations to move to.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 9, 2026Things have greatly improved as of late! Maintenance has been more timely and complete work orders. Communication has been top notch. Hard to complain. 4 stars is only because I'd love to see this continue before getting a 5 star because of how bad it was previously.Review from Apartments.com

April 29, 2026The lack of communication is highly disappointing. It is not hard to respond to an email even if the answer is simply "I'm sorry, we do not". It takes 2 minutes. I have never lived somewhere that ignored phone calls. Maintenance issues get pushed under the rug, as well. But I suppose I'll just submit another request which isn't something I should have to do. Lack of communication is not only unprofessional, but it's rude. I work in customer service and how people are treated here at times blow ...my mind. There are so many people moving out and I disappointingly understand why. And the retaliation from management when a tenant is upset is insane.
