Emerald and Julie were very helpful. Maintenance issues are still a problem, although minor ones were taken care of. Mailbox key is a problem in fitting. Great attitudes by all.

First thing we moved in was put in the work orders to get what we needed around the place fixed and call about the air conditioner cause it’s extremely hot. Otherwise, the land around the buildings are nice. I just wish that the people with dogs would pick up their dog poop and the staff is really nice.

Love how quiet it is. Don’t like how some residents down clean up dogs poo. Need more dog bag. Staff has been extremely nice and helpful. Love how dog friendly apartments are.

The community seems to be real nice. Although one never knows how long the work orders take to fix. Kinda frustrating. But I like the free parking anywhere too.

I’m neutral at this point on the community but I am disappointed in repair services and groundskeeping. There have been multiple request for repairs to take place in my new apartment and they have not occurred for over a month. The repair man has come and given it a look, but never returned to complete the work. The apartment grounds are dirty and un kept. I would love to enjoy walking around, but with so much trash in the neighborhood, it’s not enjoyable. The gate to the dog park does not lock ...
and other residents do not clean up after their animals. It’s not enjoyable to go in there because I can’t even allow my dog to be off leash. Being here less than a month and not even fully unpacked. I’m wishing I would’ve chosen a different community. I’m hopeful that this will improve as the weather gets nicer but being smart and doing my research on different locations to move to.

Things have greatly improved as of late! Maintenance has been more timely and complete work orders. Communication has been top notch. Hard to complain. 4 stars is only because I'd love to see this continue before getting a 5 star because of how bad it was previously.
