floors are not even & are spongey/sinking. You can feel parts are broken underneath the carpet. The hallways and elevator often have trash and are not well maintained. We brought all of these issues up within the first few months of living here several times. All they did to address the window issue was to put plastic wrap on the windows in winter but nothing was fixed. The rent here is too high for them not to be fixing anything. These apartments are a scam. Do not move here!!! Also- they have been using Covid as a reason not to keep the pool or gym open. However, we recently had a Covid Exposure alert via Wi exposure notification app and were instructed to quarantine for a week & get tested on day 6. We emailed the property manager with this information but they still sent people that same week to do a "fire safety" inspection in our apt. Apparently they do not care about their workers either because if they did they would have rescheduled the "fire safety" inspection for our unit until after we got the covid test. Additionally, after one of my cats passed, they kept charging pet rent for 4-5 months even though we kept emailing + telling them to take it off. Eventually they gave us a credit for it & took it off but it should not have taken that long.

glenbrook are not. Another downside to the glenbrook is the rent changes every month by a few dollars depending on how much water and trash is used every month. So you never really know what your rent will be each month!
