I was placed in a position where I had to move from my previous apartment due to it becoming uninhabitable and management refusing to correct on going problems. I meant the current manager at Glenwood (Cirina) at these crossroads. She was extremely helpful in providing the information needed to secure an all around better environment. Our new dwellings was clean and ready to begin this chapter of our lives. The complex is quiet and relatively safe in spite of some of the neighboring communities. ...
I am thankful for all that was and is being done to facilitate our transition.

When I first start inquiring about this property. I had to call several to reach someone. When I finally did the lady sounded eager to provide the information. Because, I'm in a crunch with moving out I decided to go ahead with the property. Once, she received my deposit I could no longer get in touch her with. She was willing to wait for me to drop my deposit off. Due to my hours and there hours I'm unable to see the apartment. She has yet to volunteer to come in early on stay late for me to see ...
the apartment. A lot of lack communication on her part. She told me she would be open on last Saturday for me to view the apartment. No one was there. It took over a week for to find out if I was approved. Which I had to call several times but before I could her. No one ever answers the phone. The has been a very bad experience. I wish I could get my deposit back.
