I have lived at GTT for about 1.5 years and it has been great! The community IS older and you do not get any amenities, but the price reflects that. The space is AMAZING and with a huge basement, fenced in back patio and 2 carports, it can't be beat! A lot of the residents choose to stay for a while so availability is hard to come by, but if one comes up, I highly recommend jumping on it.

Very rude staff!

I originally applied for an apartment only because the size of the apartments. This is a shady company off the bat. Don't even have an apartment to show you they show you the office apartment they are working in. Michelle or whatever the lady behind the desk was, was very rude, not very organized and didn't know any dates for move ins. I Originally was going to move in on September 1 but my plans had changed and I let her know that. She became angry and said you said you wanted this date, like I ...
said plans change! She said she'd look at some later dates and give me a cal back. Almost 2 weeks later I call to see what was going on, and she says oh I was just going to call you. Well I need a place to stay so I searched elsewhere and found something else! Place gives you the run around and is so unorganized! Save yourself the mess and go somewhere else!

These townhouses are well cared for and reasonably priced. no need to go downtown these townhouses are close to Belmar mall where there are over 70 trendy shopping, restaurants and entertainment experiences awaiting you all within 2 minute car ride, or walking distance if you prefer there is also public transportation.
