I have been here for two years and honestly it has been downhill since the third month here. Things were already falling apart. The light cover fell on the floor (luckily I had already left the room when it fell), mold is everywhere in my apartment. My shoes and purses have mold on them. When I addressed the issue the first time, I was told it humidity and that was that. The mold continues. The water pressure is extremely low in one of the bathroom. Pest control has not been here for 5 months. ...

Its like one bad thing after the other. This is my last year here. Hopefully I find a new place.

No where on there profile does it say 55 and up community but when I got there that’s what they told me so why waste people time coming there you have no sign on the entrance saying it is a 55 and up plus you don’t answer the phone stop misleading people to think it’s available to everyone when it’s not

Bad management...many people smoking in the apartments in a building that is supposedly smoke free. Management does not take actions to respect it and the concentration of smoke smell is horrible at night. In general, the new administration is not interested in the well-being and health of those of us who live in the building. The music on the weekend quite loud.

Don’t come to this place. They lie about the income restrictions & what you need to qualify. The also attempted to force my husband & I to get a 3 bedroom because we have a 1 year old. I asked why & the lady in the office said it was because he counts for the income; at 1! They also have no apartments available or to show. I won’t live any where I can’t see first.

My home was a dream come true at a time when I thought I will never fine some where to call home. I walked in to a rental office to a smiling face of a woman that was not only helpful but so reassuring that she will do all she could to make Golfview Gardens my home. She took me to the forth floor and give me the key and said you open, I did and walked in to sunshine and a picture perfect of the golf course, went on the patio to look down at the pool and a pond. I knew from that first walk ...

through this was my new home.
