be denying applicants with criminal records. Complex seems quieter now and less people in-out at all hrs...less strange cars loitering with people doing drugs. 2 BR apts seem to be occupied by families now. I now would recommend this apt complex.

no playground, no park, no dog park (you can't even have dogs), no laundry facility, no business center, no nothing! Your rent covers a roof over your head, water, sewage, and sanitation and that is it! The rent here though is fairly cheap for the area (Great Bridge) so that is definitely a plus but then again you get what you pay for. The appliances are not updated, the cabinetry is old, the bathrooms are old, the apartment complex is old period. I can say though that the area is nice and quiet and the neighbors are fairly decent. If you are single with no kids then this could definitely be the home that you are looking for, especially if you want to live in a good area for cheap. Beware though this complex is income restricted!!! So wrapping this up, I guess the good things about this complex would be the fact that you don't have to pay for water, your neighbors are pretty decent (the complex is a quiet zone so they have to comply), the area (Great Bridge) is nice, and its safe (I have never had any problems with my car being broken into or my apartment). The cons though you don't have any amenities, the apartment is old on the interior and exterior, you don't have a maintenance man so you are going to have to wait if stuff goes wrong, the appliances are outdated and frequently mess up, and you have an unstable management team (bound to change at any time). Okay I am done, that is all!
