The Granada Garden apartments is very nice area to leave in! It’s amazing to be about 5 minutes away from the beach, the community there is filled with great people, the management is very pleasant and quick to respond if anything needs to be fixed in your unit, the pool is very convenient and clean, and if you’re looking for a place to rent, I highly recommend The Granada Garden Apartments!

Likes: Close to beach 10 min walk Close to shopping 5 minute drive to Target, TJ, Whole Foods, Mall Quiet neighborhood Old building- keeps it quiet (walls not made of "paper" like new buildings) Grounds almost always nice Pool and assigned parking Street parking too Residents are pretty decent They fix stuff pretty quickly but maintenance guy only works Thursday and Friday Dislikes: Rent went up twice in one year Apartment can get pretty hot when it's warm out Garbage dumpsters always ...

overflowing Bad Traffic coming from west side to here during normal work times Fireworks all the time for no reason in the neighborhood

Nice and close to the beach, we have a year round heated pool, o yeah. Living in Santa Cruz, Ca. Is the greatest. We use our bicycles on the weekends. Great storage area to safely store our bikes. Extra storage is avalible if you need it. The manager rocks. Nice and quite at night. Parking can be an issue. But hey life's a beach.
