  • No AC No Refund

    GrandMarc is very attentive when they are working to get you into the unit. After that, not so much. There are maintenance problems, and the tickets are closed without being fixed. They also let AC repair go for a week and the inside temperature of the unit was 85 degrees. We asked for a credit at least, so we could go to a motel or something...no way they said. They put a little portable AC in the window after 5 days, but it only cooled 10 square feet or so of the unit. I would think long ...

    Needs to be negative stars. We just unfortunately moved our son into this complex. Do not even stop for you a tour this place needs a revamp badly. They obviously do not care about their tenants, the halls are filthy, door knobs falling off entry doors, alarm safety signs hanging off the ceiling. Floors are filthy. Mold on the apartments. As a mom I'm telling you Do not put your child here!!!!

  • Avoid this complex

    The apartment was dirty upon move in, although a cleaning company supposedly came in and cleaned the apartment. Maintenance does not respond to requests and I have had no A.C. this entire year. My roommate and I filed noise complaints to management due to very loud upstairs neighbors and nothing has been done. Security here is very poor as the gate in the parking garage is almost always broken. Please save yourself the money and find somewhere else to live.

  • Terrible management, poor location, dirty

    It is very old and filled with mold. During turn, they do a terrible job of cleaning and repairing the apartment for the next resident. The general manager basically doesn’t exist and won’t do anything to help. He sits in the back office all day and refuses to address any concerns. The building itself is in an unsafe area.

  • Avoid Grandmarc

    I would not recommend living at grandmarc to anybody. My unit was absolutely disgusting at move in, and the staff could not have cared less. On top of that, I had multiple broken appliances. I see a lot of reviews praising grandmarc for its location, but there are a number of reasons that the area is not worth the money. Additionally, my car was broken into twice during my lease despite being in their garage monitored by "security."

  • DO NOT RENT HERE

    Terrible terrible TERRIBLE place to stay. My apartment was disgusting when I moved in. My washing machine sparked flames the first time I used it causing my living room to be engulfed in flames. The property manager is never in her office and the one time I did see her, she walked away from me as I was speaking to her and shut the door on my place. Save your money and live somewhere the staff actually cares about you. Only person who has been a huge help to me has been Kelsey.

    This is my second year here. On those rainy days, bringing in groceries or coming in from the night, the covered parking is great! Walk across the street to campus. Larger rooms than the new apartments being built. A more relax, quiet atmosphere to come home to - meaning - visit and party at others, but come home to a calmer, quiet place to sleep. Older, but the maintenance staff is good about responding quickly to any problems.

    Grandmarc Tallahassee is an excellent place to stay if you're a college, student. There are many pros to living here. Amazing pool & gym, excellent business area for school work or any type of meetings, great floorplans, and restaurants in walking distance. Everything is well maintained and the office staff are very accommodating. It's mostly quiet and when there is noise, it is nothing serious. Even though it is student housing, you feel like your in any other apartment bulding. This is just ...

    The amenities are great, the pool is always clean and there isn't ever a real wait for the gym or the tanning beds unlike some other apartments in the area. The walk to campus is really quick and easy especially because of the new cross walk across Tennessee. The staff isn't the friendliest and you will have to most likely make the same request multiple times and they don't always get your packages to you right away, but overall great place to live in Tally.
