May 24, 2025I toured this property today and viewed a couple of 1 bedroom units. The property, clubhouse, gym , and common areas are well kept, clean, peaceful and the swimming pool is so serene. New To Texas
April 16, 2024I just moved here from Mississippi and my experience so far has been pretty well. Everyone is pretty nice and very mindful of others. My apartment looks nice. Had a few niks and naks but they were fixed in a jiffy. I appreciate the management for being the best and understanding. I hope this helps someone .Property Manager Responded

Love my home & neighbors at Gray Branch!
March 7, 2024My apartment is huge and my view of Gray Branch Park is amazing. Gray Branch Park is not developed like other parks and only has 3 gravel trails and plenty of natural areas. The office has events for residents so I have been able to meet most of my neighbors in one way or another and most of them have been really nice. Maintenance guys are fast and the office team is really nice!Property Manager Responded

Look elsewhere
May 7, 2021Apartments were built very cheap. You can literally hear your neighbors phone conversation and everything else in your bedroom. The gate is always broken. Dog poop everywhere!Property Manager Responded

Awesome community & Great location!
April 9, 2021Located at 380 & Ridge - super close to grocery stores, shopping, and easy access to highways. They have a 2 story fitness center, pool, and sand volleyball court. The apartments include washer and dryer, large kitchens, and patios!Property Manager Responded
