September 15, 2016Military friendly community, lived here almost four years and enjoyed having a nice quite place away from the Air Force Base. They worked with me to move in while my family and I were transferring from out of state so that we had a place to live once we arrived! I have had no problems with crime, never had any issues with loud music (which is rare nowadays ), and there was always parking available in front of my town home. Being able to purchase a garage was nice and we decided to for both our ...vehicles, with all the crazy Kansas weather we never had to worry about hail damage. Overall great place to live, I looked around Wichita quite a bit and this place can't be beat based on price, location, safety, and neighborhood. The management office and owner also worked with me on a pro-rated amount when I got orders to move out of state near the middle of a calendar month.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The 14 foot vaulted ceiling's are unbelievable the natural light that floods my home is unbelievable the location is Close to everything that you could possibly want to do in Wichita ... I am fortunate to live in one of their villas and have called this home for many many many years ... The maintenance staff is great Management is awesome .
