First off the office manager is never in and if u call and leave a message no one calks vack . my toiket seat has been broje for 3 weeks now and garbage disposal been broje over a mobth ive called left maessage and if you see the Maintenance man he says call office . its a rollercoaster . need new office manager and maintenance .

just wanting to clear a few things up . the Greens of Turfway has come along way I feel safe and my kids can play out side with no problems and if I do have any the office manager takes care of it and the maintance is awesome always polite and has a smile .

Hello, this is the place to come see ! the property was built in 1992 and has come along way .
Me and my family have lived here for a lil over 4 years and when we first moved in it was starting to have improvements . there are a lot of families and children yes it gets load at times but living in a complex that happens . the staff is the BEST !!!!! OUR MANAGER is always there for you on & off the clock ... MAINTENANCE IS a A I've never felt more like home till I moved here from my home ...
with my ex husband . I want to thank the Greens of Turfway for making this a great place to live .

Greens Of Turfway is one of the worst places you will ever rent!!!! The Neighborhood Kids Are Rude & Disrespectful...The Other Tenants Are Rude & Disrespectful....The Townhouses Are Very Nice Once You Look At Them But Maintainance Is The Worst!!!! This Guy Is Unreliable & Lazy. The Walls Are Paper Thin You Hear Every Detail Of Your Neighbors Lives...The Kitchen Is Oddly Not An Eat In Kitchen You Would Need To Constantly Move Your Table & Chairs As The Washer Dryer Are In The Kitchen....Spiders & ...
Other Insects Are A Huge Problem The Maintainance Will Not Take Care Of...The Neighbors To The Right Have Roaches So I Now Have Roaches & Have Requested Several Times To Spray They Have Not!!! The Unites Are Very Drafty The Gas & Electronic Bill Is Ridiculously High Your Only Option Is Budget Billing & That's Still Way Too High & Doesn't Effectively Heat Or Cool The Place Throughout The Unit Evenly...
