Kept my security deposit and charged 810 on my credit report for nothing. Gave my 2 month notice and cleaned the place. Getting a lawyer. Watch out for the black mold in all the units and cat p and fleas all over the grass. No Stars

On more than one occasion, I came home at night and there was a man literally digging through the dumpster. The gates almost never work. There are not enough parking spaces for each apartment to get even ONE. They shut off the water whenever they feel like with ZERO notice. Something died in my wall and stunk and they never did anything about it (it sat in my wall for over 6 months rotting) and then tried to blame me for the smell when I moved out. They kept part of my security deposit and ...
claimed it was because I "did not dust the ceiling fans." At night, it reeks of pot. Definitely not worth the money.

I LIKE MY APARTMENT, BUT WE HAVE NEW MANGEMENT AND THEY SEEM TO NOT CARE WHO THEY RENT TO. ALSO, NOT AS CLEAN AS BEFORE. NO ONE KEEPS THE LAUDRY ROOM CLEAN FOR THE PROPERTY.
