Place has been awesome so far! Everyone is super nice down stairs especially Jesse. Looking forward to living here for awhile! Amenities are awesome can’t wait to use them too. Neighbors above us are quiet too!

We love life here! You can just tell the overall atmosphere of tenants is happy. The team here maintains the property well and all the staff we have met are so friendly and make this place incredible. The pool is one of the best I’ve seen at an apartment complex before and is our favorite place. We both are home bodies now :)

Everyone has been incredibly helpful and kind, which I truly appreciate. The only minor issue is that the noise levels can sometimes be a bit bothersome. Other than that, it’s been a great experience, and I’m enjoying my time here.

Everyone from the staff to the residents are so kind. I also appreciate how clean everything is. It never will go unnoticed! We toured many places across newport beach and costa mesa. We could not be happier with our choice.

I’ve recently moved into a new apartment, it’s been a refreshing change! Still getting things settled, but I’m really enjoying the space and the new neighborhood. The property is always clean, safe, and beautifully maintained, making it feel more like a luxury retreat than an apartment complex. I have lived here since the Halcyon House opened 3 years ago. The building is well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. The building is quiet, tastefully decorated, conveniently located, and pet-friendly. It has beautiful pools and awesome club rooms. I am very happy to call it home. This is highly recommended.
