Worst apartments and manegemnt ever

The Manager is some how creepy.. The office has an awful smell and look. I went there to see a one bedroom apt the manager had told me over the phone she had more than one available LIE she had an studio so bad ans smelly it stink. I think I saw a rat in there. She told me that more than one apt was leaking from the celling.. She said It was "NORMAL" she try to convince me to get the apartment that was leaking she said just to move the bed to the side.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT RENT THERE!!!!!!
