July 9, 2020Currently at Hampshire House Apt. This place is a nice little slice of home. They have a community garden, grilling area, free parking, free storage and cute landscaping. They are always willing to help with any issues that arise. I would live here for years.Review from Apartments.com
Hot/cold full and soapy!
August 13, 20155 out of 7 days hot water is available. Toilets flush 1 out of 3 times trying no matter what is in the bowl. Water from the floors above backup into kitchen sink when ever they wash dishes. So multiple times a day the sinks will fill 1/2 up with soapy water. Neighbors are very noisy! One guy has 6 cars that take up over 1/2 the parking in the street and rarely is asked to move them so we have to keep calling the cops to get them towed.Review from Apartments.com
Life in the tiny dump
August 6, 2015The apartment we live in is ran by a greedy management called highland properties and they just take your money and never fix nothing that you request to be fixed. We live in these apartments called Hampshire House and they like to say the have amenities but, they don't. They have no dishwasher, no pool, bikerack, no window cells for your cat, no air conditioning, rediculous pet rent, small washing and dryer rooms and the apartments are really small. For example, the bedroom is rediculous and you ...have to do gymnastics to clean the bedroom. You could also hear the people around you in within your apartment and outside and people can hear you in your apartment too, so you don't really get a lot of privacy. The kitchen is really small as well and you could barely move around. Also, the floor plan is pretty bad and when it was built it was obviously just slapped up. Not only that, they force you to have a heater when you don't want one because it's connected to the boiler system so, here you are on a warm autumn night with the heater on and you are suffering at night trying to sleep. It's so awful. I highly recommend not living here because you don't get what you pay for and its all a rip off.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
