August 17, 2019DO NOT LIVE HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY unless you want to be scammed. 1. If you want to have an intimate front row seat to your neighbors daily lives, the paper thin walls and ceilings are perfect for you. You will be able to hear your neighbors conversations, where they walk, when they sleep/wake up, their bedtime activities, the TV/Movie they’re watching, and when they use their dryer/washer. 2. Security is a complete joke and scam when you have multiple, 4 since I’ve moved in, incidents of ...homeless people attacking residents with knives, their genitals, high as a kite on drugs. So yea, if you really like being surprised by armed hobos that squat and do drugs in the building and pee everywhere, come and live here, they’ll even give you 2 month free! 3. You will wake up at 6:30AM Monday-Saturday from construction. Then you will be awakened again at 9:30AM by their food truck honking a million times. Then when you try to leave the apartment after being woken up, construction workers will block your path and delay you for 5-10 minutes while they figure out how to let you through. The dust they generate will make it impossible to open your windows for fresh air and they will also blow all the dust onto your cars in the garage because they are clueless idiots. Of course, management has “No Control” over this and can’t do anything even though it’s the same company. 4. The alleyway behind the building always has sketchy people and drug dealers loitering around all hours. So if you need your cocaine/heroin/meth at least it might be convenient for you? Assuming you don’t accidentally get shot in the process.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
