Good Home for 4 Years
January 18, 2021I currently live in a 2 BR with a roommate. The apartment is very spacious and gives us both room to do our own thing. Never had a problem with neighbors, the floors and walls are thick so I barely hear them. It's close to downtown Northville, where we do most of our shopping. Maintenance is always quick and humble, very nice people! I wish they had 3 BR townhomes, or else I would stay longer. Thank you for a wonderful 4 years!Review from Apartments.com
Best place for a family!
May 6, 2019We moved to Harbour Village in July 2017. The main reason was that it gave us the option to go month to month after a year lease. We also liked very much the idea that it was pretty much in front of the State Police. That also helped in our decision and because I did not see any comments related to people breaking in or something like that. That was something that made us say no and the very last moment to a couple of other options before we settled on Harbour Village. Once we moved in, we ...started to like the place so much that we said: this is a place we can stay way more that one year, and it is! All neighbors are very friendly and in our case since we have two little daughters it helped a lot the fact that Harbour Village is super family friendly. The green area in the middle of it is where most of the kids gather to play, so it was easy for my wife and oldest daughter to make new friends. Also, it was great on nice days to walk and see the sunset from the top of the lake without leaving the property! Now, the cherry of the cake is the people working on Harbour Village. Every single one of them Ashley, Ani, Denise and Jaclyn at first were always super kind, understanding and quick to solve every single issue related to the apartment and even some personal ones. They really make you feel like you are family there. We moved out of state for a new Job, but if it was not for that I could easily see us in Harbour Village several years more than the one year we intended when we first moved in. April 24, 2018I moved to Harbour Village Apartments two years ago, and live in a upper 2 bedroom apartment. I have to say, my experience here has been absolutely wonderful, and I don't share those sentiments lightly. My apartment is quiet and clean. I have two small daughters, and we have a blast playing with the dozen plus (seriously) other little friends in the neighborhood. The families are kind. The maintenance is timely (same day every time I've called them), and they update my apartment periodically ...on a whim (new bathroom mirrors! new kitchen faucet!, etc.). Very nice apartments
April 16, 2018I've lived at Harbour Village for about 2 years and haven't had a single problem. The apartments are nice inside and the maintenance team is super fast. I asked them to look at fixing an issue with my bathroom sink and not only did they fix it in a few hours, but they installed a nice new faucet as well. There is decent privacy in the community with a lot of trees and a large park. There are a lot of families with young kids running around, so if that's not your thing, it could get annoying. ...However everyone is super nice. Great dwelling place!
April 5, 2018My wife and I stayed at the Harbour Village apartment for two years after moving all the way from Dallas, TX. When we first encountered this apartment complex during our apartment hunting, we were impressed with the environment surrounding this complex and felt very welcomed by the apartment staff (Ashley), and the complex is only 5-7 minutes away from the beautiful downtown Northville. During our occupancy, except that the garbage disposal malfunctioned one time and few light bulbs were blown, ...we did not experience any other issues that could cause us inconvenience, and for those small issues that needed the maintenance team to take care of, they always responded promptly. Northvilles' Best
September 23, 2015I have lived here for 4 years & don't plan on moving. They are always updating, just installed new toilets. When I moved in the apartment was spotless! The staff is kind and quick to resolve everything. My rent has increased but I've looked in the area and no other apartments in the area compare for the quality and price. The best place to live like a home
September 4, 2015I am living with my mom at W Harbour Village Apt and These apartment for the money are the best place to live, they care about the people that live there and maintenance is very nice and helpful and they have remodeled the apartments even the one my mom lives in for 8 years. They come and fix anything that wrong with in hours or a day and keep the grounds very nice. The neighborhood is quite and has a big man made lake. Everything you want inside two bedroom separated each one has a full bath. ...Very spacious. The kitchen with microwave have a laundry room with full size washer and diver included. If I had the money I would live here. The rent is under 1,400 depends on area and floor. You also get 1 covered and 1 space to park. Lakeside Living in Northville Michigan
August 14, 2015Our family moved to Harbour Village Apartments between Christmas and New Year's-December, 2014. Not the best time of year to move either-weather wise or time wise! We looked at several apartment complexes but none had all the amenities that Harbour Village had. The Northville area, the lakeside location and pet friendly attitude were just an added bonus for us. The management staff at Harbour Village were fabulous to work with. They kept us updated on the apartments that were available and ...the status of our specific unit. Our apartment was ready for our move-in date as promised. It was totally updated with new paint, new carpeting, new linoleum, new bathroom fixtures/toilets and new lighting fixtures throughout. It was wonderful to move into a "brand new" place. We were excited to begin the New Year in our new home. We are very impressed with the overall maintenance of Harbour Village Apartments. The complex is always kept neat and clean. The landscaping, lawn and snow service is terrific. The complex is always updating the apartments and buildings. Any service or repair request is handled immediately.
