Management does not answer phone calls or email messages and marks work order as completed but never did any work and no communication with tenant about it. Half of the units are abandoned and messy with asbestos inside and comes outside from unit windows. Bugs, roaches, and rodents in apartment units, laundry room, and outside common areas like huge roaches on sidewalks.
