The previous review is correct, up until a month ago this complex was a nightmare. It’s brand spanking new and the staff had no clue what they were doing, IMO. That staff is no longer employed there and quite a few people were brought in from various other complexes to “clean up the mess”. These women are working very hard to get people moved in! So, as frustrating as it has been, let’s guve this new staff a chance!!! The place is beautiful!!! I’ll try to remember to revise my review once my ...

I was hoping this would be an awesome complex for my mother-in-law. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but a headache filled with unprofessional voicemail greetings, empty offices and no return calls. If you call the number listed on their website you'll likely get a voicemail stating a lady's name, no indication that you're contacting a business, and no friendly or professional greeting. I have called at least 6 times and still heard nothing back. I even called the regional manager and the ...
