The community dont seem to care about residents health or accommodations. My home is full of mold and my family is suffering and the community basically told me its nothing they can do but try to fix the problem even though Me and my children lost a lot of our belongings due to mold in the home. I only been in home a few months and now I lost so much and you guys dont even care.

I do enjoy the fact that GP is a small community of Apt. and because of that I think there should be more community involvement which would cause people to care more about each other and in turn take care of their surroundings to help the Mgmt company as well as the people that rent here thus when people feel like they matter they take pride in their community

High crime rate. Don’t worry your leasing office won’t help you feel safe. They will blame you. No cameras on sight. They just don’t care. Never answer the phone and leave before end of business hours.

I just move in and my apartment was clean and immaculate. The apartment was everything I expected it to be and more. I love the area and the picnic area with grills already included. Did I mention the closet space in the apartment. Also Debra is great!! If you are looking for a place to call home, THIS IS IT!!!!!

Walked in and was greeted by a wonderful young lady by the name of DEBRA who made the process quick and easy within a matter of days I was approved, she made me feel as if I was coming home instead of another renter. This is perfect apartment to live it have great public transportation, great restaurants and grocery store. Take care of you to provide you to live comfortable as possible and community is safe and down the street from a hospital and very cheap and convenience.

Just moved over here couple days ago. The carpet had a bleach stain and counter tops were scratched, toilet was clogged. I called to have someone come check it out. Days later I'm still waiting smh. It was real quiet in the daytime at night that's when I saw it for live. If I would've known that it gets like that at night I wouldn't have moved here. But not bad so far.

My Apartment is very old , we have roaches crawling inside the walls . The ceiling leaks every time it rains and The toilets always giving out on us . My family can't afford a lot right now . so please help us , this is really a cry out for help .
