Amazing first apartment!!
December 11, 2019My girlfriend and I moved in about five months ago and couldn't be happier. It's our first apartment together and Kasey couldn't have made things any easier for us! Everything has been completely redone and looks incredible, especially for the renting rate. I noticed a dog on property after seeing their no pets policy- she explained that service animals are more than welcome with their papers provided! Amazing!!
December 10, 2019Though this property is old, it has great bones! They've had trouble with past management, yes, but this has been entirely resolved! Every apartment that has been rented since the new manager took over has been completely redone and they. are. GORGEOUS! As is the property, the new manager has really sprused up the entire property, from the courtyard to the office/clubhouse. After all, first impressions are everything. I love living on this property, though they don't allow PETS, my service animal ...and I are very grateful to such amazing staff! This place will be out of business soon I assume. They want to be more than they actually are.
February 11, 2019The thing is that they want to compete like they're one of these large apartment management companies in the Greater Kansas City Area, but they offering nothing anywhere close to the same quality, features, atmosphere, office hours, etc, etc. So because of that I'm sure if they don't turn back course and remember that fact, that they'll have to sacrifice a lot real soon. They even started posting "now renting" signs around the outside of the facility, so you know that they're becoming desperate. ...This place does not care about you and they will use their power over the place to screw you in whatever way they can to fix their problems and make some money out of it at the same time. This new manager is cutthroat and does not care for the future of the place, as I'm sure she'll try to buy it off the current owner after she runs the place into the ground and forces him to sell the place cheap.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bad management
January 8, 2019Bad management very rude. Policy states NO PETS, yet the employees that work and live on the property have dogs. Buildings are too old and settling and finding traces of mold and water damages. Washers and dryers dont work very well and dont hold their heat. Too expensive and is always finding ways over overcharge with extra fees.Review from Apartments.com

January 7, 2019Run. Years of leaking roofs and sewage back ups. Years of shoddy repairs. Laundry room equipment doesn’t work properly half the time. If you need a new appliance it takes way too long for them to replace it. Management is unprofessional, rude and doesn’t care about the residents. Brown recluse spiders. September 21, 2018Quite possibly the worst management I have ever experienced. Uncaring is putting it mlidly. Constant flooding of sewage. Fees for everything. Rent is way too high for this caliber of apartment. Manager seems more interested in fixing up her office than actually fixing anything in the complex. Stay away.
