My stay here has been very peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend for first time renters as well. The staff in the leasing office is very easy to work with. Communication is on point. No complaints.

Not satisfied with my experience. The property manager is not nice at all. The place is a nice community but when it comes to maintenance it’s awful.

I love living here. really do. Marquita is the best property manager I have come across in all my years living here. she will do right by you, all you have to do is tell her what's going on. the maintenance crew is also top flight. good men all the way around. I would recommend this community to anyone.

I was told two years ago that my living room blinds were going to replace because while the ceiling was being repaired the guys broke and damaged them. Now management say I have to pay for them . I have been promised a lot and never received

Great so far it seems peaceful out neighbors are respectful. The speed bumps are a little annoying but is much needed. The parking could use an address marker so visitors can't steal your spots. But other than that is a Great place to live

Overall very happy. Staff try thier best to make residents happy. I'm not sure it's truly Marijuana free. Hallway smells funny but can not smell it in my apartment.

Nice clean units The apartment itself is spacious, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. One feature I particularly love is the balcony that offers a great view of the surrounding greenery.
