October 30, 2024I would highly recommend living at the Henderson Flats Apartments. Our apartment has a great functional floor plan and has a nice washer and dryer in the unit. The property is well maintained and all the residents are very nice and friendly. We love how close it is to shopping and restaurants. It's a great place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Management company is terrible
August 9, 2024Unsafe. Unsecure. Slow to respond. Gate for parking hasn't worked in months. A/C is weak. My dishwasher hasn't worked the entire year I've lived here. Bad communication/difficult to get a hold of anyone at management. The worst experience I have ever had.Review from Apartments.com
