June 20, 2025My boyfriend and I moved in about a week ago. Jordan was very helpful with making sure we were prepared for move-in ahead of time, as we relocated from across the country. We are loving everything so far - from our apartment to the amenities to the area the complex is located in. I have lived in other apartment communities where management was just not that great and it was not the ideal experience living there. Poor communication and professionalism
May 26, 2025Four days ago, I emailed the office requesting assistance with persistent, loud stomping that exceeds normal everyday living noise. The disturbances sometimes continue until 3:00 AM and can be heard throughout my unit, including when I’m showering. The office responded by dismissing my complaint, stating that the noise is typical and requiring a third-party witness from the office to verify it. This request is unreasonable, unprofessional, and dismissive for several reasons. I followed up with a ...request for contact information for a higher-up or corporate office but have not yet received a response.Property Manager Responded

April 24, 2025Overall a nice apartment complex that is newly built. Within walking distance to good restaurants and stores and even Park Meadows Mall. Some of the finishes are showing signs of deterioration already which is a bummer. Most of the staff is nice, I have had a few encounters with one leasing person who is not the nicest.
