September 22, 2020Pretty peaceful... with the exception of anytime fireworks are allowed in surrounding area since this property is in Clark county limits rather than Vancouver city limits. They allow dogs and the new manager is super personable and really on top of things. Clean and well- kept small property. Dogs are allowed with peaceful neighborhoods to walk pets. Well built and maintained, and quiet.
August 14, 2015Very good value in Vancouver. Not a huge complex, in a fairly quiet area, right across from a school. Solidly built and well maintained, with an attentive and helpful manager that lives on-site. Very close to highway and lots of shopping, but not right next to busy roads. Grounds are well kept up. I've renewed my lease twice in three years and have no plans to move, until I am ready for a home purchase. These apartments are large for the price, with included covered parking and washer/dryer.Review from Apartments.com
