Multiple leaks in bathroom ceiling
April 4, 2019
Within the last few months my bathroom ceiling has leaked 3 times. The last time the water damage was so severe it flooded my bathroom and the surrounding hallways and I had to rent a rug doctor on my own as the office refused to do any clean up past stopping the leak. This morning it was leaking again and when I called the office the woman asked which apartment I was in and said "Thanks". Really? I'm living with water from the toilet above repeatedly leaking down into my living space and have ...

I have been here for about 18 months and I'm sad to go but happy to move along. I have had no issues at this location and i would genuinely recommend it to anyone looking for the a good sized, comfortable apt for the price. It looks and feels very homey inside and has well used floor space. I never had to call maintenance and never had a noise issue. In fact, I have never heard one of my neighbors unless they were outside Rita at the front is a miracle worker and is extremely helpful! They are ...
