Nice Quiet Neighborhood
October 28, 2021Peaceful beautiful property. Lots of trees and green grass. Plenty of parking and a playground for the kiddos. New management and maintenance tech this year and they are working hard to meet everyone's needs. Both are very approachable and want to make residents happy. Maintenance and Mangment
July 7, 2017Both are very terrible! I needed work on my apt.. I saw the maintenance man sitting out on the porch of there building for the last half our before he was supposed to get of work. He had more than enough to do the small repair I needed!! I see this ALL the time. Neighbors air conditioner was making a very loud squealing sound!! It was going out. It wasn't even looked at. Every time I talk to management I am treated like a piece of garbage. I would have to say she discriminates! Just a ...warning!! If I had a choice I would have never moved in to this complex if I knew about these problems. That's why I want to give you this warning.
