March 3, 2026Great place to live! Some inconveniences but hopefully they can be resolved. Parking has been a hassle lately with residents that have multiple vehicles and work vehicles that take up 3 spots and are choosing to not use their garages. Fire lanes need to be painted, pet waste station would be nice by the main front gate so people can pick up after their pets!Review from Apartments.com

February 1, 2026It's clean, and I love the first floor entry/townhouse styles. The one-bedroom units have very small living, dining, and bedroom. However, the kitchen, bathroom, and closets are exceptionally large.Review from Apartments.com

January 30, 2026My experience living here has been good. I've stayed in apartments that have been newly built. I think high point is one of the best apartments I've lived in since being in San Antonio and I've been here for 13 years. I feel safe in the community the property is very well kept. The staff is amazing as well. I would recommend high point estates if you're looking for a place comfy place to live.Review from Apartments.com

January 22, 2026I love it here.. feels like home and for over the last decade it truly has been. The location is great and the community overall is very nice. I want to emphasize that the current staff is amazing especially Robin, Amber and Andrea! Oh and the Maintenance team (Ralph, Claudio, and the new guy) best of the best that we have had since I’ve been here.. lol and I’ve been here a long time. January 20, 2026Very easy move-in process. Everything was digitalized in a very simple format. Comes with all the amenities. Valet trash, compactor, cash wash, Amazon lockers, and dog park. Our apartment is very well kept. We went with the "Mission" layout. Really happy to have the garage connected to the property. Very spacious for a 2 bed, 2 bathroom.Review from Apartments.com
