Very good community with reasonable price!

Very clean, organized, and quiet community. This was the cleanest apartment I have ever seen. Walking distance to Aldi, Starbucks. 2 min drive to Walmart, Kroger... Walking distance to Elementary and High school, water park, bike trails, and recreational park. Maintenance is answering the same day. The girls at the front desk are open to help with any questions that you have. I'm here for 5 months, I haven't seen a bug or spider or anything. Friendly neighbors. All in all great community to ...

Safe but still slightly lacking

I like my apartment itself well enough, the vents are gruesomely dirty, but overall the kitchen is nice for the small size, the apartment appears nice at first glance. There are structural issues that have caused cracks in unsightly places. My neighbor's family member stays for months at a time with nightly guests that have dinged my car numerous times. Some of the maintenance staff are amazing; others blame you for problems that couldn't have been your fault. The pet policy is a little far ...
