June 14, 2025I have been living here for about 4 years at this point, and I have no complaints. This place is close to campus and has a one-stop bus route nearby to get to campus. The maintenance staff is great as they respond fast and are very good at their job. I will be moving out in about a month to move on to new opportunities, but I am glad I was able to call this place home for the last 4 yearsProperty Manager Responded

June 1, 2025I’ve enjoyed my time at Hillside. The year I’ve lived here the only maintenance issue I’ve had is a broken ice machine which was fixed in less than 1 day. It is a quiet community and I have always felt safe. The amenities are nice and I would recommend this complex.Property Manager Responded

April 30, 2025This is definitaly a great place to live! The apartments/cottages are beautiful, the maintanice team is super helpful, and the residents are treated kindly. My only complaint is the parking situation. Now there is a very limited amount of visitors spots and a vast amount of residents. This is very difficult and causes a lot of problems since the tow company comes very often. Some of the parking spaces are also very tiny so when you have a bunch of college students parking there tends to be a lot ...of side swipes, damages to cars, people parked illegally, etc. Overall this is an AMAZING complex but they need to fix their parking situations.Property Manager Responded
