June 1, 2025I’ve enjoyed my time at Hillside. The year I’ve lived here the only maintenance issue I’ve had is a broken ice machine which was fixed in less than 1 day. It is a quiet community and I have always felt safe. The amenities are nice and I would recommend this complex.Property Manager Responded

April 30, 2025This is definitaly a great place to live! The apartments/cottages are beautiful, the maintanice team is super helpful, and the residents are treated kindly. My only complaint is the parking situation. Now there is a very limited amount of visitors spots and a vast amount of residents. This is very difficult and causes a lot of problems since the tow company comes very often. Some of the parking spaces are also very tiny so when you have a bunch of college students parking there tends to be a lot ...of side swipes, damages to cars, people parked illegally, etc. Overall this is an AMAZING complex but they need to fix their parking situations.Property Manager Responded

April 8, 2025Living at Hillside has been a great experience overall. The location is super convenient—close to campus but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. I’ve really appreciated how quiet and clean the community is, which makes it easy to focus on school and unwind after a long day. The amenities are solid—especially the gym and study rooms. Maintenance is amazing and always pretty quick to respond, and the front office staff is friendly and helpful when you need them.
