Horrible service Horrible place to move , filthy very ! They are not clean , they paint over mold, just gross , the cleaners are the landlord & they don’t clean the units out at all ! The unit stinks , neighbors are extremely loud , property manager is RUDE ! just please don’t waste your money !

Moved in and I was told that they were ready the units were okay and spacious but the ppl that clean the units are the Landlord and the don’t clean them out properly also the property manager husband is the maintenance man and they do such horrible jobs there I recommend nobody to move they are not CLEAN AT ALL !!

Dont move here worse place races mold in some units too many things like roaches infestation some times crawling out the light fixtures electric sockets no security I don't know where the picture is from the parking lot is nasty no security people are in your business and Dont know you rumors will be spread that are not true know your tenants rights grass is not in the front its dirt people hang out in front shootings and cars have tires flatten by strangers broken gate for years all that can be ...

said looks are deceiving and rent is to high for the way the place looks don't trust what is told to you I did and it was different things promised to be fixed isn't all the time some people who move in may have roaches even of they were sprayed place need to be torn down and rebuild

The complexes at Kentfield are not bad by any measure. I've been in, and seen far FAR worse. Now is that to say they are worth your money? Well, you'd have to decide for yourself. What I can tell you is that all of the problem tenants are being dealt with appropriately, repairs are consistent and of good quality, the staff is helpful and always has time for requests, complaints, and general discussion. Additionally, while the complex was previously a rather poor place that I'd never have ...

dreamed of rating over a 1 star, they have definitely begun to come together. The owner of these apartments is doing her best to improve and reinvent the place, increase security, and make every dollar in your rent worth what you paid for. Over all satisfied with my experience.
