Stay away!
August 31, 2022Please save yourself some time and overlook these apartments. Firstly, There are little to no amenities. The apartments are really old and there just now updating the gym. Realistically, you can be paying the same amount at another apartments or even less for way more amenities. Secondly, They have a serious bug issue!!! Your find everything that belongs outside in your apartment. From silverfish, roaches, to BIG BIG spiders. Which ofc is normal in Vegas, but if there in your house that means ...there obviously in the walls and it’s infested. One unit there was getting treated every week due to the severity of the infestation. Don’t let the other comments convince you into staying here pleaseee!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The girls in the office are very kind and understanding in any situation, I have built an amazing bond with them. Olen Properties Horizon Ridge Apartment
August 9, 2015I have not lived in an apartment for over 30 years. We were so lucky to have found this development. The apartments are clean and very well kept up. I have hardly ever had to call Maintenance for repairs. On two occasions in the last year they have responded with 24 hours and remedied the situation. The staff was extremely helpful and provided a stress free qualification process. The were extremely gracious in giving us the opportunity to work around our schedule for moving in. The grounds ...are surrounded by trees and is it so cozy. It is very quite you never hear anything from the other apartments. The tenants are friendly, the pool area and recreation area is beautiful and clean. I feel extremely safe living here. This is truly a wonderful experience in apartment living. I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment. The leases are flexible along with very affordable rents. Conveniently located to public transportation and assessable in walking distance to food and drug stores. A wonderful place to live.
