May 31, 2025Poorly managed. Pool is closed again. Sauna has never worked. They waited until summer to repair the pool. Pool will be closed most of the summer. Same thing last summer.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Resident Services and Amenities upkeep
July 13, 2023i went into the Resident Services offices, ive been trying to get a new lease for 4 weeks, talked to them 3 seperate time. When I went in today the last day of my lease, one of the new girls gave me attitude instead of explaining it to me. I'm just trying to sign a new lease to continue. But not anymore. This place is horrible. The place is run down and the amenities are always busted like the pool, tennis court, the roads have no speed bumps so people drive extremely fast through here while kids ...walk around. People from outside the property come in and use the pool. ive seen drug deals go down on the property right outside my apartment. do not recommendProperty Manager Responded

horrible leasing office
December 1, 2022I called to inquire about an available unit and was told there will be one available in 30 days. I live in California and I am looking to relocate. I asked for a virtual tour and was told my appointment was booked for 5pm. After 5 I called and was told that they prioritize in person visits and they will call me when they were available. It’s has been 3 days and I haven’t received a call or email. Extremely disappointed to be disregarded because I live out of state.Property Manager Responded

Good
September 2, 2015The apartments are nice and the area is Great! However, I don't like that their is suppose to be security monitoring the location at all times but I have yet too see one doing so. I have heard the neighbors working out in the middle of the night in their garage for weeks now and have yet to see securing around to tell them to stop. Great and peaceful upscale apartments
August 9, 2015If you are looking for a nice, pet friendly, peaceful and upscale area where there is no trouble or crime then Horizon Ridge Park Apartments is great for you. For the past 6 yrs my wife and I have been living in these apartments and we can tell you that we have not had any trouble with the staff or other residents. The only two things bad about Horizon Ridge Park Apartments is that there are no bbq grill covers by the pool, And the rent is pretty high, but hey what can you expect for a town ...house apartment in a high class quiet area. The apartments have their own large movie theater where you can put in a dvd and watch a movie in the theater room. And for all you pet owners, Horizon Ridge Park Apartments are so pet friendly that they even have a dog parks for the residents dogs.Until we find a house, we are looking foward to staying here for a long time.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horizon Ridge Villas
August 7, 2015The apartments are fairly normal. The houses are nice size and have the option of a townhouse style which is good for roommate style living. The appliances are old and dated, as are some of the fixtures. However, the maintenance men are very nice and quick to respond when you have a problem.
