WHOLE COMPLEX IS DIRTY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

I moved in carpet smell like cigarettes black n milds , maintenance never came to fix anything, mold and leaks everywhere, bed bugs in most of there mattessses. they go up on your rent every month for unforeseen charges” they charge $300 for smoking fines even if it’s not your unit. Always Trash is all in the hallways which leads to ants and roaches in your apartment.

The management is terrible, there are leaks every other month, and you do have to pay for them btw. Unexpected room checks, just very unprofessional and money hungry

Management is very RUDE and unprofessional. Also, when roommates move out, you're expected to clean behind them and everything they leave behind. FOR FREE! If there was better Management, PROFESSIONAL and not RUDE management this would be a better living experience.

Before starting this review, you may notice that there was an influx of positive reviews between February 9-11, 2023. This is due to management holding a raffle for a box of chocolates, which the entry fee being a positive review on this site. So, please disregard the reviews during this time period, as they were bribed for.
As for the quality of the apartments themselves, they aren't terrible for the price. This isn't to say I would recommend living here. Many of the apartments are infested ...
with roaches, you'll often end up with unruly roommates and neighbors, and there are frequent shootings in the area. However, with these apartments being essentially the cheapest option in the area, you are getting what you pay for.
With that being said, I would not recommend moving here unless you quite literally cannot reasonably afford to live somewhere else. The management just ruins any potential the property has. They frequently make promises, such as hiring 24/7 security, then quickly abandon those promises to save a buck. Of course, these savings are not being passed on to you, as your rent will increase considerably each year you stay. Also, as implied by the first paragraph, they are not afraid to manipulate public opinion in order to make more money either. You are better off looking elsewhere.

It’s very near by to university, grocery stores, gas station, bus stops ….etc
Rooms has ample space with tall windows for good sunlight. Overall a good place to stay for students with affordable prices. Management and staff are very friendly and cheerful.
