Peaceful and NO BUGS!

This place is so great! It's our first apartment for my boyfriend and I and the lady who helped us was super nice and very straightforward. She told us everything she could about the property and at the time there was only one place available so she let us view it right away and it was perfect for us. We were able to put down a deposit the same day and she took us through a test lease before we signed our own. Been here 5 months now and no signs of bugs inside whatsoever! loud or crazy and the area is somewhat nice as well. Property has access right out the main door to a very nice walking/biking trail but the only issue we've had with that is sometimes there are bums who sleep down there by the river. A family of raccoons also visits the property dumpster/recycling but usually only after midnight 1ish but don't cause problems otherwise just looking for food. Kinda cool to watch them. 2nd and 3rd floors have balconies which are awesome. Overall a really great place. Maintenance is always super quick to come if you have an issue and the office is quick to get back to you. Also pet friendly!
