Bad communication with office staff

I made an appointment to see a few open homes. I got there 15 minutes before the appointment time. I text the number for the office member who was supposed to go show me the places and she never answered her phone, just sent me to voicemail. I text her and told her I was there and the office door was locked. Not a word back from her. And it’s been weeks now still nothing back from her. What a joke for communication. Maybe it’s a good thing I didn’t move there.
