Me, my mom and my boyfriend read the reviews and were hesitant, but decided to make our own judgement. Made an appointment and we met with Rachel. We asked about everything from apartment information, pest, the area, maintenance, ect.. She answered all. Our choice was a 2 bedroom with a balcony. They are very roomy and nice flooring. Lots of lighting coming in. We've been here a little over a year and maybe had to call 3 times for repair. It took from 3 days to 2 weeks, but We were informed at ...
move in depending how much work they have and the emergency calls. As for pest, thank God so far nothing up to this day. The area is pretty quiet. I noticed why people sometimes dislike Rachel, because she makes sure she explains the rules and some wants to come in and make their own. I've seen myself. This is a complex, there's only a few kids here and there. Not many. Rent is always the same and no hidden fees. They're not a subsidized apartment complex. They do not allow pets, but if you have a fish tank and ask if you can please have a cat they might and without any fees. Just do your part as a well kept. Absolutely no dogs. Lol. All I have to say is, mmy familia and I are good here. Glad we made our own decisions

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I won't get into details, but long story short, the only way you'll enjoy this place is if you enjoy roaches, unsafe doors, and super thin walls. Moved in, complained, was told it's best to have my money refunded, and moved right back out 2 days later. Rather than fixing the issues (that are very basic requests), this was their solution. This place is an absolute joke. Just stay away from it.

Pros: quiet area, you can basically walk to the store (cermak, Ross, dollar tree, cvs... ) , rent is kinda cheap. Cons: THE PROPERTY MANAGER! She's the worst, she mean and unprofessional, she lies , don't even call her in case of emergency (never take phone calls), don't even think about taking your deposit back, they'll make up something only for keep your money.

I been here for 8 months now. This place has came a long way from years ago. Management Ms. Rachel and mainatance are the best. Some tenants tend to be disrespectful when they don't get their way or refuse to pay the rent. Ungrateful guays what they are. I am at peace here and best of all at home... Hello. I have been here almost 2.years Nov 30 2013. I like this apartment a lot.. It has balcony with master bedroom. Nice kitchen with marble counters and dish washer. New stove and refrigerator. Its nice.. I have been paying a lot of money a year for this place.. I pay like $10,000 a year to live here plus electric for about $1,300 a year. So $11,300 a year for this place. I like it so much.. I just wish I made more money tho.. I make about $17,000 a year. I wish I cud save money.. That's why ...
