February 8, 2021My family was in need of a place fast. Been Homeless for almost a yr. The new owner took care of us and we have a great spot by the pool. sure this place has some older feel to it but it is far better than a lot of places around, they keep it pest free so no roaches! like most of mesa has. new paint and a quiet home. love to go walking on the nearby canal path.Review from Apartments.com
All Lies
June 11, 2017There is no clubhouse, playground, onsite management. Water damage, raw sewage, no ceiling fans, no wi-fi, no carpets, mold, hours of mopping up sewer water on more than one occasion. Trash everywhere, dirty diapers by the mailbox, dirty clothes left outside, children playing in the sewage. It's a wonder no one has come down with e-coli. Just try getting the sewage smell out of the house. Old wooden kitchen cabinets that don't close, they have no handles, wood is rotted, all the doors are warped ...and don't close properly. All the tile is cracked, the grout is literally black, will never be white again. Cheap contact paper over wood for counter tops. Much more to say,but no room.
