Disgraceful
April 21, 2021Three months after moving out, I still haven't received my deposit. On top of that, my room was roach-infested year-round. The ceilings always leaked. The TV in their common area doesn't work. The sink overflows with sewage regularly and the room reeks. If you want to ruin your life, definitely sign a lease here.Review from Apartments.com
Lots of pros, few cons...
February 3, 2018Lived here for a few months, so far here's what we think: New management so disregard a lot of those old reviews, these guys are super nice and attentive. Renovated apartments, new appliances, original hard wood flooring. Has more amenities than other apartments nearby. Not a lot of space in the apartment itself but perfect location for students/young couples. Price is reasonable - we looked at over a dozen places in the area and this one was just a bit higher than the average. As far as noise, ...we can't hear anybody on our floor unless you are out in the hallway. But we can hear EVERYTHING the people upstairs are doing. So if you can live on the top floor, great, if not just hope for nice and quiet neighbors. Disappointed
August 10, 2016I have lived here for 3 months and ALOT has gone wrong in that short amount of time. My AC has stopped working 4 times. I've had a rat. My sink wasn't working good when I first moved in. And my apartment has also flooded. Not only have I had a lot of problems with the apartment but the people in the office need to get it together as well. When I first signed the lease they accidentally had the wrong address on it. They promised the pool was going to be open far before they ever did. And for my ...last month of rent they said they made a mistake on the contract and demanded I pay them $150 more and that they would charge late fee if I didn't. Even tho I paid the amount that was written and agreed on when I first moved in. Felt like they scammed me and demanded I pay for their mistake. Glad to be moved out
July 19, 2016My experience included gross negligence in responding to my maintenance request which led to my bathroom ceiling collapsing from leaking water, black mold spread throughout the apartment through the vents due to the water damage, and a reluctant management staff. Further, there are better values in the same area with better amenities.Review from Apartments.com
Great Location, Horrible Apartment
July 20, 2015Living here was amazing for the location. Walking distance from the Plaza and Westport and a Sun Fresh. However, the apartment was a mess. Gas leaks, mold, bugs, cars vandalized in the parking lot. There are much better apartments in the area.Review from Apartments.com
