Beautiful & Quiet Property

The apartment complex is located close to the Seminole trail and to 417. That is the main reason we moved to this area. We checked out the other three properties around the area but the leasing office was not as friendly and prompt to respond. The staff in the front office is very friendly and always willing to help. When placing a maintenance call is usually answered within 48 hours. Property management does a great job with the upkeep of the property. It is always clean and very pleasant to ...
walk around with your dog. The neighbors are mostly quiet and very friendly. The only reason why I do not give a 5-star rating is that parking is an issue in the back of the property and because on the weekends the pool is sometimes crowded with people that do not live here in the complex so it makes it hard for us residents to enjoy it.

Integra360 Apartments is where I call home for more than two years. It's close to everything and very conveniently located. Safe neighborhood and lovely apartment homes. Family friendly community. The grounds and units are impeccably maintained and the property is safe. Rent is reasonable for size and amenities. Maintenance is responsive and professional. Manager is friendly and caring. I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a luxurious and safe place to live.

Appearances happen to be deceptive when it comes to Integra360s pool

It looks nice when it is not closed for one random reason or another. Also, when summer rolls around and you really want to be at the pool, you may as well be going to a public one. It will be packed with people who do not live at Integra360, and no half of them won’t know anyone living there either. There are no access locks on the pool, management doesn’t seem to care even though it would help, and this information is well known around town. If waiting in line behind someone who doesn’t pay, ...
or not being able to use what you are paying for sounds fun, then yes, the pool area is nice.

Why is the gym floor sticky you ask?

Well that is because it never seems to be cleaned. There are dust balls in some corners the size of Texas, and forget about the mats, they are filthy. The gym may also appear well equipped but hold on. If the idea of face planting into the console sounds fun, then we have a treadmill for you. It will seem to work at first, but then stop suddenly mid stride, WEEEEEE! The three spin bikes are almost useless since none of the seats work, and a tread desk!? Who thinks the idea of working in a noisy, ...
sweaty, hot room is a good idea? These issues have been reported to management, but nothing has been done. Since we have a possible safety issue and certainly one of health, you should check with your local health officials if you have questions or concerns before renting here.

We moved in about a month ago and we absolutely love it - everyone is so nice...both staff and residents - I had a small issue with something when we moved in and a maintenance worker was here the same day to take care of it - we are very happy and plan to make this a long term residence for us !

It's better now

So these other reviews were under the last management that left in February and the new one took over in March with a new company. After the companies have changed this place has become a way better and more friendlier community. The management tries at least once a month to get everyone together and do something but they also care about our problems if we have any and they try to fix them that day. It might be a little pricey but you get what you pay. All of the community amenities are well ...

No parking

Horribly planned parking setup at this community. Moved in before everyone else did so didn't have any issues at first with parking but now... This place is by far the worst community in winter springs.

Horrible experience

Terrible STAFF, Don't move there! be careful! I was loking for an apartment with beautiful view and a good crime report. And I found Integra 360. Manager showed me an apartment. 12.18.2018 Everything is brand new , good floor plans and it's very quiet, I realy liked it. Then he asked me to make an aplication to reserve an apartment that I want for april. I filled in an application and paid $75 for that. I asked him for two times - I need to make sure that I'll get that apartment I need , before ...
filled in application form. He promised I'll get that apartment for sure. However after New year he was disappeared. When I came to the leasing office, another manager told me That David , who was disappeared, is not working there anymore. And the most unpleasant and horrible for me that leasing staff never reserved for me any apartments , they just offered me another apartment . I never get the most horrible service in my life. Everything is lie, they lie in everything. i realy liked that place however after this experiece with their staff I don't want to be in that terrible community with terrible staff in it
